How training works at mh3

You train from your own numbers. In your first sessions your coach works out your starting weights, and from then on every warm-up, working set and back-off set is calculated for you before you walk in.

A coach is on the floor every session, watching your technique and adjusting the weights set by set. Sessions are typically 4 to 8 people and never more than 16.

Training runs in 4 to 7 week blocks. Each one ends in a test week, so you see in numbers how much stronger you got.

Built around how you feel today

Every session starts with a warm-up worked out from your working weight, building up in steps. The first working set tells the app how you are moving that day, and the rest of the session adjusts to it, so a tired day is a lighter day.

Your coach can swap a movement for one that suits you better, and the plan keeps going around it.

Progress you can see

Every block ends in a test week, so you can see your strength go up in real numbers, block after block.
