Terms of Service

mh3 is operated by M T H Sport Club LLC, Majan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms cover our websites, including mh3gym.com, and our mobile apps, including MH3 Training. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

You may use the site and apps for your own training and to deal with us as a member or customer. Please do not misuse them: no attempts to reach accounts or data that are not yours, no interfering with how they run, no automated scraping, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Training weights, programmes and guidance in the apps are general coaching. Train within your own limits, tell your coach about any injury or medical condition, and speak to a doctor before starting if you are unsure whether training is right for you.

Some features need an account. Please give us accurate details and keep your login and PIN to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has access to it, contact us and we will issue a new PIN. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT. Payments are taken by our payment processor, Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Recurring memberships renew automatically until they are cancelled.

The terms of each membership, pass, credit pack or coaching product, including how to cancel, any notice period and whether a refund applies, are the ones shown for that product on our pricing page, on the product's own page and at the point of purchase. Merch orders follow our terms of sale. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under UAE consumer law.

Class times, coaches and programming can change. Bookings, cancellations and missed classes follow the rules shown in the app when you book.

The site, apps, programmes, videos, graphics and the mh3 name and logo belong to M T H Sport Club LLC or our licensors. You may use them for your own training, but please do not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.

If you send us content, such as form check videos, photos, messages or results, you keep ownership of it and you let us use it to coach you and run the service. We only feature you or your results publicly, for example on our social accounts, with your consent.

Some features connect to services run by others, such as payment processing, the wearables and health apps you choose to link, and maps. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for how a third party service works, but we choose our providers carefully.

We work hard to keep the site and apps accurate and available, but they are provided as they are and we cannot promise they will always be error free or uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
