mh3 is operated by M T H Sport Club LLC, Majan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers our websites and our mobile apps, including MH3 Training. Questions about your data can be sent to hello@mh3gym.com or WhatsApp +971 56 996 9883.

Account details you give us: your name, email address, and phone number. Training data you create in the app: your lifts, maxes, logged sets, workout history, and, where you choose to use those features, bodyweight and food or nutrition entries. Basic device and usage information collected automatically to keep the app working and to understand how it is used. Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

If you use the bar speed or velocity tracking feature, your device camera is used to measure movement on the device itself. The camera feed is processed locally and is not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

We use your information to provide the service: to calculate your training weights, warmups, and progressions, to track your progress and streaks, to process payments and memberships, to send you service messages such as receipts and account notices, and to maintain and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with the service providers that run the platform on our behalf: Supabase (secure database and hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). We use Google Analytics and Meta to understand aggregate usage. Each provider only receives the data needed for its function and is bound to protect it. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

You can request access to, correction of, or a copy of your personal data at any time. You can also request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing hello@mh3gym.com from your registered address, or by messaging WhatsApp +971 56 996 9883. We will action verified deletion requests within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain (for example payment and tax records).

The MH3 Training app is intended for users aged 16 and over. Where a youth athlete uses a connected programme, it is set up and managed by a parent, guardian, or club with appropriate consent.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
