Team fitness challenges that reward what your people already do
Departments compete for four weeks on steps, sleep, workouts and food. Everyone can take part from day one, with or without a watch, and the whole thing runs on one app.
Live now at TikTok in Dubai
We kicked off TikTok's 30 day department challenge with a launch day in their Dubai office. Grip, trap bar, bench and ski erg testing, with results going up on the screen as they landed. 33 people stepped up on day one, and the competition went live in October 2026.
Start with someone's day as it is
Most people already walk, sleep, eat and move every day. Those small actions add up to their health, and almost nobody counts them. We count them. When people can see what they already do, they want to see that number go up, and they start doing a little more on their own.
Straight off their phone or watch through Apple Health or Health Connect. Most people already walk more than they think.
From any watch or ring that syncs to their phone, or a quick screenshot of their sleep summary.
Wherever they happen. Our gym, their own gym, a class, a run or a padel game. A screenshot of a booking or a workout summary counts too.
Logged in the app. Snap a photo of the plate and it fills in the details.
Four weeks, start to finish
Teams sign up
Your people join through one link and pick their department. Every team is ranked on its average per person, so a team of five can take on a team of fifty.
Launch day in your office
We bring the kit and run strength and fitness testing on site, with results going up on a screen as they land. It gets people talking and gets them signed up.
Four weeks of competition
Departments go head to head on one live leaderboard in the app. People who want to go further get coaching, programmes and nutrition tracking in the same place.
Results at the end
A clear picture of participation and progress across the company, plus a podium for the winning teams.
HR sees the team, never the person
Your HR dashboard shows participation, activity by department and how the company is trending. It never shows an individual's steps, sleep, weight or health data. Your people know that before they sign up, and it is a big part of why they do.
We run the whole thing
Your team chooses the prizes and spreads the word. We handle the rest.
What HR teams ask us
Can HR see how individual employees are doing?
No. HR sees team level results only: how many people are taking part, how active each department is, and how the company is trending. Nobody's individual health data is ever shared with their employer, and that is built into the system.
Do people need a smartwatch to take part?
No. Every phone counts steps, and anyone without a watch can log sleep and workouts with a screenshot. People with a wearable simply have it sync on its own.
What if some departments are much bigger than others?
Teams are ranked on their average per person, so size does not decide the winner. A small team that shows up every day can beat a big one.
Do employees have to come to the gym?
No. The challenge runs on the app and counts activity wherever it happens. Our gym in Majan is there for anyone who wants coached sessions on top.
Where do you run challenges?
We are based in Dubai and run challenges for companies across the UAE.
Run a challenge for your company
We take on a small number of companies at a time. Tell me a little about your team and I will show you how it would work for you.
