Our Story

Built for People Who Want to Get Strong

MH3 was founded by Matthew Henry with a simple belief: that strength training, done properly, transforms lives. After years of coaching in Dubai, he built the gym he always wanted to train in. Purpose-built for barbell training, with coaches who care about every member's progress.

Over 14 months we've trained 300+ members across our 6,000 sq ft indoor/outdoor space. Every program runs in 4-5 week blocks with percentage-based lifting and 6RM retesting for squat, bench press, deadlift, strict press and hip thrusts. Pull-ups and chin-ups are trained twice a week. We've helped members achieve their first full bodyweight pull-up. Ice baths, a café, and a Privilee partnership round out the experience.

Coaching Matters

Our team of 3 coaches and 2 yoga instructors know every member by name. Every session is coached, not just supervised.

Consistency Over Intensity

We don't chase burnout. 4-5 week training blocks, 6RM retesting, and a long-game approach that keeps you coming back.

Community

Training is better together. Small groups, Saturday Kids Club, and a café to hang around after. MH3 is more than a gym.
